President Donald Trump has called for flags at half-staff out of respect for the victims.

The fire was opened in the school Borderline Bar & Grill at about 23:20 local time (09:20 Moscow time).

Witnesses described a scene of panic in the bar when the gunman started firing. "Likewise, the shooter is dead, along with the first police officer to enter the bar...."
