Alabama QB Jalen Hurts picks Oklahoma over Miami Hurricanes

Hurts was essentially a game manager for Alabama and does not have the skill necessary to win the award.

Having already graduated from Alabama, Hurts will not have to sit out a season. Kendall would become the backup quarterback once again, after sitting behind the 2018 Heisman victor Kyler Murray. He also doesn't have as good of an arm as either Murray or Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield.

For folks still harping on his miserable first-half performance in last year's title game, an effort that gave rise to the phenomenon of Tagovailoa, Hurts showed marked improvement as a passer this year, increasing his completion percentage to 72.9 and averaging 10.9 yards per passing attempt, both career-highs.

Federal plug-in vehicle tax credits for Tesla buyers have also begin to wind down after Tesla sold its 200,000th auto last July. In a public letter to employees, Musk also said the company will only keep the most critical temps and contractors.

Riley's offense is very quarterback-friendly and Hurts will have a chance to put up video game numbers for the Sooners this fall. Hurts announced he would be joining the Sooners later Wednesday. Hurts, the former starting quarterback at Alabama, was visiting potential transfer destinations over the last few weeks and Maryland seemed realistic.

He completed 12/17 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown while backing up Heisman victor Kyler Murray.

Hurts could have transferred earlier, but he stuck it out and rallied Alabama past Georgia in the SEC title game this past season after Tagovailoa was injured.

In the seventh round, Pacquiao pushed Broner back to the ropes and delivered an onslaught of punches that left Broner holding on for survival.

In Hurts' first two years with Alabama, he was completing more than 60 percent of his passes, while he threw for 2,780 yards as a freshman and 2,081 as a sophomore and ran for 954 yards and 855 yards, respectively. With Hurt aboard, look for them to be in national championship contention again.

Lincoln Riley's Sooners are in the market for a new starting QB with Heisman Trophy victor Murray leaving the school for either the Oakland Athletics or an National Football League career. "I'm wiser. I'm a better man", Hurts wrote.

Raonic edges Wawrinka in 4 tiebreakers at Australian Open
Nishikori dropped to his hands and knees after winning the last three points of the tiebreaker, relieved to secure his spot. The second set was tighter as Osaka uncharacteristically struggled on serve, double faulting as Zidansek went up a break.

With a new team and likely return to a starting lineup, Hurts could do more than just bring home a third consecutive Heisman Trophy to Oklahoma. Tagovailoa led Alabama to victory in overtime.
