Non-public materials from special counsel case used in pro-Russian effort to discredit Russia probe

President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he would let the Justice Department decide how to handle the special counsel's report on an investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 USA election and whether the Trump campaign coordinated with Moscow.

Of the 300,000 files on the site, "over 1,000" matched the hashtag values of documents provided by Mueller to Concord, the filing said.

His company Concord did hire USA lawyers, however, to fight the charges.

The filing argued that attorneys for Concord should not be given access to "sensitive" evidence gathered by Mueller's team for the case.

He sees the Lima region's high temperatures on Wednesday being minus 7 degrees with a low being minus 22. He said city agencies are making sure homeless people are in shelters or offered space in warming buses.

"We maintain the highest levels of security and protection for all of our systems and their contents. A third-party vendor has hosted all such data and has assured us that there has been no breach of the database that maintains the data".

Prosecutors said the vast majority of the files released by the Twitter account were actually "junk material that has nothing to do with the case" and were included along with real files from the investigation in an attempt to tarnish its investigation. The judge has kept the sensitive information in the case locked down so far, so the American lawyers involved can see it only in special circumstances. Prigozhin was one of the 13 people indicted.

Dubelier has argued that it is critical to Concord's defense strategy to include Prigozhin, invoking the constitutional right to a fair trial.

But the prosecutors have pushed back.

Wednesday's filing in the US District Court for the District of Columbia is the latest in a dispute between prosecutors and Concord's US lawyers over how the defence team may share highly sensitive evidence with Concord's Russian corporate officers.

Instead, the prosecutors suggest Prigozhin come to the U.S. to face his charges and review the evidence. Those documents were given in discovery - the legal process in which a defendant is given an opportunity to view the plaintiff's case against them - to Concord Management, LLC, the defendant in the infamous "Russian troll farm" case. The evidence also allegedly identifies "sources, methods, and techniques used to identify the foreign actors behind these interference operations".

"Unwarranted disclosure of that information overseas, in a country adverse to this litigation, would allow that country and actors in that country to learn of these techniques and adjust their conduct, thus undermining US national security interests, including investigations into the conduct of those foreign actors", the special counsel's filing says.

If it were Russians who spread the evidence online, they also likely won't be punished, prosecutors said.
