About

View full profile.View full profile.onfucianism is the tradition of thought founded by Confucius (551-479 BCE), a great thinker and educator in China. As a way of life and a body of thought, it has evolved for two and a half millennia. The vitality of this school of thought, with its emphasis on such key virtues as benevolence, tolerance and reciprocity, has persisted to the present time, and has extended far beyond the boundaries of China.

The Confucian Weekly Bulletin will engage the vitality of the Confucian tradition by serving as a platform for open discussion, news and current events, research and new publications, and for ideas about the role of Confucianism in modern society.
